Professional Development

Professional development provides small group training that consists of meeting with faculty and developing the following for classroom implementation: 

• Indigenized pedagogy- not just what we teach, but how we teach it  
• Alignment- Cultural integration addresses standards 
• CRLP- Culturally Responsive Lesson Plan Development Training 
• Classroom management- designing for promoting behavior 

Professional development training usually only consists of addressing one of the areas at a time. 

This service costs $2,000 per training. This is an all-day service working in rotating small groups based on subject matter or grade level.
